The Gladiator takes the hybrid nature of the Duelist a step further, with a combination of speed, power, and protection. The Gladiator works well with dual wielding or using one-handed weapon[s] (including wands) and shield combinations. The class offers opportunities to build around applying bleed, improving the player's blocking, and enhancing Endurance and Frenzy Charges.
Blocking is an effective defence to survive in PoE. Blocking has has a distinct advantage among dodge, armour, and high recovery in defence according to 2.6 season testing by OURPOE.
Gladiator is easy to create high attack and high spell block rate. We have tried that Gladiator of 2300 blood with 78% block rate can beat the ultimate mega-boss of trial labyrinth in a four-person group. There, we have admit the power of Gladiator.
