Juggernaut is very hot in PoE. Under the offensive and defensive bonuses of tree, on the one hand, he can easily full up accuracy rating without any enhancement of accuracy talent. On the another hand, the build that focus on endurance charges will be more powerful for constantly full state of endurance charge with the greatly increased opportunity to gain them.
