Obtaining
Found in an Immortal Syndicate Fortification safehouse if Cameria is placed there.
Obtained by combining a full stack of Harbinger's Shards that drop from Harbingers from the Harbinger league.

Spending
Any rarity and quality the map had will be retained, but its base item type and explicit modifiers (in the case of magic or higher rarity) will be rerolled. A Harbinger's Orb doesn't obey the player's Atlas of Worlds rules, which means that the resulting map may not be unlocked yet.
There is a small chance it transforms the map into The Beachhead instead. The resulting Beachhead depends on the tier of the original map.
