About Orb of Horizons

Effect: a currency item that can be used to reforge a map into another map of the same tier.
Obtaining
Obtained by combining a full stack of Horizon Shards.
Obtained from Harbingers from the Harbinger league.

Spending
Any rarity (except unique) and quality the map had will be retained, but its base item type and explicit modifiers (in the case of magic or higher rarity) will be rerolled. An Orb of Horizons doesn't obey the player's Atlas of Worlds rules, which means that the resulting map may not be unlocked yet. When rerolling a shaped map the result will also be a shaped map.
Rerolling a tier 16 Elder Map will reroll it between the maps of its original tier, before the Elder's Orb was used.
