But, for Juggernaut, unique shoes providing resistance and life regeneration is enough.

But, for Juggernaut, rare shoes providing resistance and life regeneration is enough.

And Juggernaut focus on physical damage prevention from hits and increased Endurance Charge Duration, and has a mass of Endurance Charge. When it being combined with Immortal Call can create complete protection against physical damage. So wonderful! Besides, Juggernaut is also likely to create almost same state without using Immortal Call.
Juggernaut can provide 8% reduced Elemental Damage taken while at Maximum Endurance Charges, and +4% to Chaos Resistance and 5% increased Area of Effect per Endurance Charge. For Juggernaut, 1.5% of Total Physical Damage prevented from Hits in the past 10 seconds is Regenerated as Life per second. So, block reduction is not necessary when clearing maps, and you can be confident in clearing maps with mod of damage reflection. All in all, you are so powerful in damage prevention. Furthermore, we can also use Herald of Agony to summon Agony Crawler, which is so powerful that can devastate enemies in a flash. So, the only thing we should do is to keep virulence full by poisoning enemies because Agony Crawler minion gains bonuses based on virulence, which is lost over time.

In our articles of bd, we list many details including necessary equipment, Jewel, Flasks and passive skill tree, the pantheon for your reference. But we have no special requirement of equipment for the bd, which can be played when you have basic life and resistance. That's all enough. However, we list the needed mods for your reference. As for how to choose and how to match, they all completely depend on the player.

Synthesis 3.6 offers Bows with basic mod that adds level of socketed  gems. That will make Herald of Agony more powerful. May it is not easy to get such bows. But don't worry, you can also use one without basic mod but with mod of +1 level of socketed gems to replace it.

Maloney's Mechanism Ornate Quiver, with skill sockets, is unusual. And the mod that 'Trigger a Socketed Bow Skill when you Attack with a Bow' will be very useful. Circle of Nostalgia, added in Synthesis 3.6 is a enhanced unique ring. The mods that 'Herald of Agony has (40-30)% reduced Mana Reservation' and 'Agony Crawler deals (70-100)% increased Damage' will be very helpful to the build based on Herald of Agony. Of course, it is hard to acquire for it being a heritage item, so you can select one you need to replace of it.
