Passive Tree Data

The changes to the Passive Tree are listed in the patch notes. Here is the JSON data for community tool creators. The Passive Skill Tree on the website as well as Path of Exile's default item filter will be updated alongside the launch of the Conquerors of the Atlas expansion.
