Golem Damage Guilds and Unique Chain of the Primordial Chain
"The Primordial Chain, Coral Amulet",a new unique chain, is included in new season of PoE.
Because of this, it is even more complex to calculate the total damage of golem. The damage composition of golem is as follows:
1:Quantity of Jewel Socket
2:Quility of Golem
3:Proportion of Primordial Harmony, Cobalt Jewel and
Primordial Eminence, Viridian Jewel
4:the Number of Golem Species
What should notice?
First of all, the 'less' in The Primordial Chain, Coral Amulet and the 'increase' for each sunmmoned golem of Elementalist can't directly add and subtract. So, it is a mistake that the Chain can greatly increase the damage of golem.
Then, Primordial Harmony, Cobalt Jewel increase inc damage is not based on the number of golem, but on the number of golem species: (16–20)% increased Golem Damage for each Type of Golem you have Summoned
Besides, proportion of Primordial Harmony, Cobalt Jewel and
Primordial Eminence, Viridian Jewel is a factor that affects the damage of golem.
PS. According to POB test, that golems have (30-45)% increased cooldown recovery speed can't affect DPS even if POB show that golem skill of cooldown recovery speed is indeed reduced. So, what does the mod do? Let's discuss it together.
The analysis of different kinds of factors to golem damage:
A. Quantity of Jewel Socket. According to POB stimulation, in theory, we can click out 14 Jewel Sockets in passive skill tree. (If you do that, you should click out +1 additional curse in passive skill tree) However, because of the high cost of clicking out of Jewel Socket, we suggest that you click out at most 13 Jewel Sockets and the rest is used to defence for yourself. Except The Anima Stone, Prismatic Jewel and
Primordial Might, Crimson Jewel, we still have 11 Jewel Sockets that can be input of
Primordial Harmony, Cobalt Jewel and
Primordial Eminence, Viridian Jewel
B. Quility of Golem. In PoE, dual Clayshaper, Rock Breaker can summon 10 golems. Actually, because of the composition of
Victario's Charity, Laminated Kite Shield+
Necromantic Aegis,in PoE the damage 9 golems deal is higher than that of 10 golems deal.
Here are the reasons:
Endurance charges:
15% Physical Damage Reduction per Endurance Charge
15% to all Elemental Resistances per Endurance Charge
Frenzy charges:
15% increased Attack Speed per Frenzy Charge
15% increased Cast Speed per Frenzy Charge
4% more Damage per Frenzy Charge
5% increased Movement Speed per Frenzy Charge
Power charges:
200% increased Critical Strike Chance per Power Charge
To be simply, Charge greatly increase the damage of minion. And, more importantly, Frenzy charges can also increase the duration of Phase Run.
C. the Number of Golem Species and the Proportion of Two Types of Jewel
Because passive skill increase inc damage based on the number of golem, but Primordial Harmony, Cobalt Jewel based on the number of golem species, ourpoe draw the following conclusions after testing and analysis of POB data.( Key)
In the condition that Jewel roll completely(19% increased Golem Damage for each Type of Golem you have Summoned, Golems have 20% increased Attack and Cast Speed) and the damage of The Primordial Chain, Coral Amulet is at least (Golems Deal 35% less Damage):
With the composition of The Primordial Chain, Coral Amulet+9 Golems with 4 types+8
Primordial Harmony, Cobalt Jewel+3
Primordial Eminence, Viridian Jewel, we can maximize the damage dealt by Golems.
The total damage difference is subtle among 3 types, 4 types and 5 types golems. The total damage of 4 types Golems is close to that of 5 types Golems, and they can offer 1-2 BUFF and some DPS. Therefore, the actual effect of 4 and 5 types Golems are basicaly the same.
In the passive skill tree, many players are more likely to path the left area to increase blood. But according to the test, there is little difference that the passive skill can increase blood in two sides. Besides, in the right area, we can click out 'Acrobatics'+'Phase Acrobatics'. What we recommend is double flash+"Mind Over Matter.”
